A luxury townhouse ideal for contractors working in the area. We provide the serviced accommodation experience with regular cleaning and looking after you as best as we can during your stay.

There is private parking and very fast wifi. All rooms are lockable and the main entrance is via smart lock (No need for keys). Each room has a large TV with all the latest apps installed.

A common area has a sofa and dining table for resting and watching a bit of TV with your friends/family/colleagues.

Beautiful and recently renovated town house in Grimsby.  The house is mainly targeted at contractors working in the Grimsby area so has all the features of a home away from home. We have a fully fitted kitchen and washing facilities, two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. 

You receive an email with codes that will allow you access for the time of your stay.

We live a couple of miles away from the property so can be on hand should the need arise
